Jenna’s expertise includes adolescents and young adults, trauma survivors, LGBTQI+ and addiction. Jenna’s main goal is to provide a safe and comfortable space for individuals seeking out guidance and support.
Experience
Jenna received her masters in social work from the University of Missouri in 2014 and became a licensed clinical social worker in 2016. Additionally Jenna has a BS in Human and Behavioral Sciences from the University of Missouri.
Jenna received her certificate for EMDR therapy from the EMDR Center of the Rockies and utilizes practices rooted in CBT, DBT and mindfulness.
Jenna has extensive expertise in working with trauma survivors and learning to help individuals re-define and take back control of their narrative. Jenna would like to help individuals find healing through their experiences and finds EMDR one of the most useful tools to achieve those goals.
