**MINIMUM 1 YEAR POST-GRADUATE DIRECT COUNSELING EXPERIENCE

Provide skillful therapy for 5-15 year-olds, and support parents to help their children.
Schedule your own client sessions, complete intake sessions, and therapeutic interventions under self-direction and in-line with your therapeutic style and values
Use our EHR System for charting and billing.
Minimum 20 client hours per week, more if you’d like
Create your schedule, must include evenings to accommodate school hours.

Significant direct counseling experience, and skilled with both parents and children in direct therapy
Skilled in multiple treatment modalities
Self-directed and organized
Confident and kind

A minimum 1-year experience post-graduate in direct 1:1 therapy
Excellent references
Flexible and motivated
Positive and grounded
Committed to therapy vision and looking to grow with our practice long term
Reliable with billing and notes
Must be able to work evenings at least 3 nights a week

Pay is competitive: $108,000-145,000 annually for avg. of 25-30 hours/week
